The coolant cleaning station has been designed to recycle used or contaminated coolant extracted from machine tool sumps or waste/swarf skips, thereby giving you the maximum life and performance from your metalworking fluid. Treating batches of up to 500 litres, the CCS removes oil and particle contamination before infusing the fluid with Ozone to control bacterial growth. The recycled coolant is then ready to be dispensed for further use - either through the trigger operated dispensing gun or via a pipework distribution system. The CCS can operate in conjunction with the Cardev CMS 300 or CMS 1000 coolant mixing stations to provide newly mixed coolant only when there is no recycled fluid available, thus minimising the use of new coolant.
